KPPN Ternate has been successfully recommended to obtain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) recertification by the TÜV Rheinland Indonesia certification body. This is proof of KPPN Ternate’s consistency and firm commitment in providing services to stakeholders.
KPPN Ternate is one of 10 sample units from 178 KPPNs throughout Indonesia that underwent an ISO 9001:2015 QMS recertification audit in 2024. With the synergy built between the components within it, KPPN Ternate has gone through the process of submitting document review results and has worked well on the on-site audit conducted by one of TÜV Rheinland Indonesia’s auditors, Abdul Manan Aruli.
This audit itself was conducted on Monday, (23/9/2024) in the KPPN Ternate Meeting Room. The series of ISO 9001:2015 SMM recertification audit activities began with the presentation of the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 SMM as well as Top Management by the Head of KPPN Ternate, Royikan.
The audit was continued with the audit process with each Subsection and Section at KPPN Ternate and the document controller. The entire series of activities were carried out to ensure that KPPN Ternate has been and continues to be consistent in implementing its business processes according to quality management standards.
The conclusion of this recertification audit is a closing meeting or Closing Meeting which contains the presentation of findings and conclusions by the auditor.
Abdul Manan Aruli said that KPPN Ternate showed consistency in implementing quality management standards. And succeeded in showing the actual process that occurs in running its business processes.
“The audit that has been carried out shows that there are zero findings in the KPPN Ternate unit,” said Abdul Manan. Furthermore, there are 6 positive observations that are appreciated by the auditor.
Then, there are 3 things that can be an opportunity for improvement (Opportunity for Improvement). So it is recommended to still get the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certificate.
